The Goodnow Library is Sudbury's lifelong recreational, cultural and learning/information center.  It provides services and resources to all ages, from toddlers to senior citizens. Friends of the Goodnow Library Annual Book and Bake Sale

The Friends of Goodnow Library proudly announce that its Annual Book and Bake Sale will take place on Friday, March 30 (9am-4pm), Saturday March 31 (9am-4pm) and Sunday April 1 (2pm-4pm) in the Community Meeting Room at Goodnow Library. Admission is free and all are invited to stop by and stock up on fantastic reads at incredible prices. The sale also will also feature delectable treats made by Sudbury’s finest home bakers. All proceeds from this sale support the programs and resources of the Library.

Those wishing to donate items to the book sale may do so beginning March 12. Especially needed are gently used hardcover and paperback fiction and non-fiction, cookbooks, audio books, compact discs, DVDs and children’s books. Items that will not be accepted include textbooks, magazines, encyclopedias, records, vhs cassettes or anything that is mildewed, musty or torn. Donations will be accepted through March 25, 2012.

For those seeking to contribute goodies to the bake sale or volunteer their time at the bake table, sign up forms and information will be available at the Circulation Desk.
