ZBA Continues Deliberation on Decision for Comprehensive Permit 11-40, Johnson Farm

An alternative 58-unit Townhouse Plan for the proposed Johnson Farm development at 189 Landham Road was submitted to the ZBA in June 2012. Click the link below to view the layout plan.

At present the ZBA is working through its decision for a modified 56-unit project.

The ZBA’s next scheduled public meeting for this application will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2012. The Meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. at The Grange Hall, 326 Concord Road.
